We are seeking an experienced Senior Events Marketing Manager to lead and execute our upcoming field events. In this role, you will:
- Develop performance dashboards and manage reporting processes.
- Oversee campaign lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Leadership, to execute FY26 initiatives successfully.
With your expertise in event management and deep understanding of industry best practices, you will ensure our events are impactful, scalable, and support Webflow’s continued growth.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- $90,000 for six-month contract term

- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Events Marketing
As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute exciting event marketing campaigns using live events, webinars, digital advertising, ABM, and direct mail.
- Manage the field marketing event calendar, aligning with core marketing objectives from conception to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to produce events and campaigns that achieve bold growth objectives.
- Support strategic events and sales teams by driving registration and programming for our annual user conference.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to ensure leads are uploaded to CRM (Salesforce) and nurtured appropriately.
- Create and share success reporting with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage external relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors.

About you:
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in outreach, communications, networking, and presentations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing event budgets, success metrics, and planning processes.
- Ability to collaborate with sales leaders to achieve shared revenue goals and KPIs.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and adaptability.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time (primarily within the US).
