Your role
Experienced and highly skilled IT Process Analyst responsible for analyzing and optimizing the company's IT processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while governing adoption.
What you’ll be doing
Analyze and document current IT processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement improved lean IT and system processes based in industry best practices.
Develop and maintain IT process and training documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to ensure compliance with lean industry best practices, standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and support the implementation of solutions to improve IT process performance, cost and efficiency.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT processes into their operations.
Provide training and support to IT staff on new and improved IT processes.
Monitor and report on IT process performance and compliance.
Develop and support continuous improvement framework and IT synergy.
Develop and implement strategies to manage change associated with process improvements, including communication plans and user training.
Create, manage and govern IT internal website.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 6+ years of experience as an IT Process or Transformation Analyst or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of IT process analysis and improvement methodologies, such as Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with IT process analysis and improvement tools and technologies, such as process mapping and modeling software.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and work with various IT systems and tools.
Strong understanding of IT security and data privacy principles, with the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
ITIL, Cobit, Six Sigma or other relevant certifications.
Experience in facilitating change management activities to ensure smooth option of new or updates processes
Proficiency in IT process analysis and improvement tools and technologies, such as process mapping and modeling software, is preferred.
SharePoint development, is a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $205,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
