Senior UX Researcher @ Clay

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the Product team and help shape the future of AI-powered workflows. As a key research partner, you'll work across the product org to deeply understand how people use Clay's most complex features, from data enrichment to automation to emerging AI capabilities. This role combines foundational research, rapid iteration, and strategic influence as you collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, and go-to-market teams to turn insights into action.

Questions We're Asking & Exploring

• How do users think about and interact with AI agents in their workflows, and how can we design experiences that build trust and deliver value?

• What mental models do different user segments have around data enrichment, automation, and Clay's expanding feature set?

• How can we make cutting-edge capabilities like MCP (Model Context Protocol) intuitive and valuable for technical and non-technical users alike?

• What do enterprise customers need from Clay as they scale?
