The Operations Data Specialist supports the development and management of dashboards, reporting, and data sets that answer key business questions for the Customer Development Organization (CDO). They are responsible for training and supporting field power users, and Regional Sales Managers in analytics and data platforms. They will also be responsible for management and validation of field sales coverage segmentation model and data.

 

What You Will Do:

• Manage and update DOMO dashboards and other reporting
  • Validate data sets powering dashboards including clear KPIs and Targets
  • Ensure strong execution and accountability
  • Management of filters and drop downs to answer CDO team business questions    
• Manage and validated the data inputs for the coverage model
  • Collaborate with Global Analytics and external partners to automate and improve the data inputs     
• Train BAMs and RSMs in analytics and analytics platforms    
• Connect with the RSMs and power users to ensure dashboards and reporting meet their needs
  • Include prioritization and identification of reporting/dashboard redundancy    

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years experience with Business intelligence/ data visualization platforms including DOMO  
• Experience in complex business analysis   
• Strong trainer and problem solver

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• MBA
• Working knowledge of SAP / C4C

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $79,200.00 - $111,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
