About You

Nutrafol is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Audit & Revenue Operations that will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external audit process as well as overseeing Revenue Accounting. You must be a highly driven, high-energy, focused individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. You will be expected to problem solve, drive process improvements and exercise good business judgment. You will be working closely with the Accounting team and maintain cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities

Audit 

  • Supervise and oversee internal audit activities to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Partner with external audit firms, coordinating the annual audit process, and ensuring timely completion of the audit.
  • Stay current with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Identify key business risks and the adequacy of processes and controls to address  those risks.
  • Makes recommendations for improvement and drives changes to both controls and processes. 
  • Ensure SOX compliance throughout the organization. 

Revenue

  • Develop, recommend and drive innovative process improvements that leverage technology. 
  • Perform comprehensive 3-way cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Assist in managing the revenue cycle, including invoicing, collections, and accurate inputting of revenue into financial systems.
  • Analyze revenue streams, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer support, to gather necessary information for reconciliations and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of accounting experience preferably with Consumer Products in a manufacturing environment; experience working in a start-up/high-growth eCommerce or CPG business is required. 
  • eCommerce revenue and inventory experience is required 
  • CPA or working toward CPA designation preferred  
  • Experience with Sales and VDA Tax 
  • International Revenue experience preferred
  • Experience with Quickbooks & Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred 
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate, digest, and summarize large amounts of data 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and be unafraid to ask questions
  • Proven ability to identify and drive process and system improvements
  • Passionate about accounting operations and willing to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to various audiences
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.Salary Range:$120,000—$130,000 USD
