Founded in 1996, our teams manufacture, sell, install and service elevators in personal residences across the U.S. Focused on quality and safety, we provide a beautiful custom product to builders, contractors and homeowners.

We are actively seeking a Regional Elevator Installation Manager to oversee elevator installation teams in Central and Southeast Texas, as well as Southern California. The successful candidate must live in one of these markets, while overseeing both.

Relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervising of Install Mechanics, Install Apprentices teams including but not limited to: weekly management of regional installation hours to ensure hours and overtime are within budget.
  • Ensure all company installation procedures, policies, National Safety, and Quality standards are met while also increasing efficiency, productivity as well as reducing the necessity for travel by the Installation teams.
  • Training installers on all new products, procedures and company policies.
  • Audit all installations for administration accuracy, while also performing post-installation QIs to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot to resolution any critical install issues while developing a strategic plan of action including but not limited to deployment of the appropriate personnel.
  • Recruiting, interviewing and hiring for open Installer and/or Installer Apprentice positions.
  • Maintain accurate service van Parts and Tools inventory for each Installer.
  • Manage the Apprentice Program to ensure that each participant is well-prepared for promotion to Install Mechanic.
  • Manage the process ensuring that Field Install Mechanics obtain and/or maintain state licenses.
  • Produce statistical reports for management review.
  • Regularly act as "After Hours On-Call Manager."
  • Participate in regularly scheduled Management and Company events as required.
  • 75% travel to job sites.

Requirements:

  • Proven and documented track record of a minimum of five years as an Elevator Service Technician or Elevator Installation Mechanic.
  • Minimum of three years prior management and/or leadership experience working in field and remote locales.
  • Available to travel a minimum of three weeks per month
  • Available, when necessary and with little to no notice, to work on weekends, including travel.
  • CET/CAT License Preferred.

· Self-Starter that can work with little to no supervision.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Programmable logic controllers: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Elevator Mechanic: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Texas: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
