Job Information

The Service Desk Analyst Co-op will provide support to Bobcat Dealers, Customers, or Internal employees in a fast-paced team environment.

Role & Responsibility

Service Desk Contact Center Support

Entry level position responsibilities:

• Supporting Dealers, Customers or Employees via Chat, Phone, Email, and Electronic Form
• Documenting interactions within case management solution
• Utilizing context clues and established Knowledge Center Support articles to respond to customer questions and issues 
• Transferring unresolved inquiries/issues to subject matter experts
• Collaborating with Bobcat business and product teams
• Facilitates communication between subject matter experts and the dealer and/or customer
• Keeps up to date/knowledgeable on product lines, applications, and offerings

Job Requirement

Education & Qualification

• Actively seeking a bachelor’s level Degree in a Business, Communications, or an IT related field

Knowledge & Skill

• Customer Service
• Verbal and Written Communication 
• Documentation skills
• Microsoft office suite
• Basic computer skills. 
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Experience in a call center environment
