The companies and people of the P\S\L Group aim to improve medical care by serving those who need it, those who provide it and those who seek to improve it.</p> <p>To this end, we want our information and education services to contribute to the goals we share with our clinicians, clients and supporters, namely to accelerate the advancement of medicine and help people enjoy better, longer lives. </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h2><strong>Purpose</strong></h2> <p>Our key contribution to society is to help clinicians and those who support them provide state-of-the-art medical care. </p> <p>Our primary business purpose is to help clients and supporters increase the effectiveness of activities pertaining to scientific communication, medical education and the maintenance of clinician audience intimacy.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Objective</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Director/VP, Talent Acquisition and Management, this role owns the administration of US benefits programs, payroll coordination, and wellness initiatives, while also contributing to recruitment efforts and supporting broader Talent operations across the employee lifecycle.</p> <p>This person is a critical connector — keeping benefits running smoothly, payroll accurate, and employee experience programs active, while stepping into recruiting support as the team’s needs require. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <p><strong>Benefits Administration</strong></p> <ul> <li> Serve as day-to-day administrator for all US benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), and voluntary benefits</li> <li> Manage open enrollment end-to-end: communications, employee support, vendor coordination, and system updates</li> <li> Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA accommodations, state leave, parental leave, disability) in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations</li> <li> Maintain benefits vendor relationships and support annual renewal process in partnership with the Director/VP</li> <li> Respond to employee benefits inquiries promptly and accurately; serve as the first point of contact for benefits questions</l
