Patient Communication Coordinator

North Mississippi Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Tupelo is seeking a dedicated, full-time Patient Communication Coordinator to join our Call Center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referring dental offices, helping to schedule appointments and provide exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist our patients and referring dental offices with scheduling procedures for clinical visits.
• Answer a large volume of patient calls promptly while projecting a positive, caring attitude with each conversation.
• Have a good understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes performed in dental offices.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently. 
• Be dependable with an organized mindset.
• Enjoy interacting with patients and working collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.  

Requirements

• 1+ years of Dental Office experience preferred, but not required. 
• 1 or more years of customer focused experience.
• 1 or more years of call center experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
