Join our Imaging team as a patient assistant (IPA) and build skills across multiple areas (clerical front desk, imaging records release, and patient care/transport support) to provide staffing coverage and great patient experiences.
HOURS: Varied based on staffing needs
Included in the team's holiday rotation: typically one per year
Pay Range
$18.85 - $28.30Major Responsibilities:
Assists patient in preparation for exam, provides basic instruction to patients regarding routine procedures, transports patients between exam rooms/departments and escorts patients, families, and visitors if department needs require.
Uses radiology computer systems to generate requisitions, check schedules, and obtain pertinent patient information as needed
