Wellness Programming Spec

The Wellness Programming Specialist implements standard operating procedures and performance standards. This position manages the customer service experience with a focus on supporting engagement in purchased programs and services. This role also supports customer connectedness to ensure maximum effectiveness, including development, organization, marketing and implementation of programs and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Prioritizes activities based on business and customer impact Implement customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
• Supports standard operating procedures for all customer service oriented.
• Supports and develops data analytics, written reports analyzing the customer service for your customers.
• Develops goals and manages fiscal activities for each client.
• Investigates and solves customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer relationship specialist.
• Provides help and advice to customers using organization's products or services or industry best management practices.
• Provides continuous feedback on program status and opportunities to customers.
• Provides customer usage data and projections.
• Provides strategies to support customer goals with associated metrics.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, team building skills in order to support a cohesive team.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements
Experience - 3 years customer service or related experience

Education - Associate's degree in related field
