Position Summary: 
New-to-Mastery Support Staff can expect to receive an hourly rate of between $21.50 and $26.50 based on years' of experience and level of education. This is a part-time role where you will work a total of 29 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
The Enrollment Coordinator (EC) role is a school-based role playing an integral part of the team assisting new families to enroll at a Mastery Schools campus. The EC implements school-level enrollment processes, which could include recruitment, processing applications and offers, registration, re-enrollment, feeder engagement.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Facilitate new student enrollment by working with students and families to complete all stages of the process, including to obtain various documents, information, and/or applications
  • Recruitment: Create or support recruitment and enrollment strategy for the school based on goals for the year; Determine marketing material needs, including swag; Produce brochures, flyers, social media posts, events, referral campaigns, and written correspondence, as needed; Facilitate positive feeder school partnerships
  • Applications: Support families with application or refer to the Enrollment Support Specialists for follow up; Ensure team is knowledgeable about the application process; Review and process applications, offers, and waitlist
  • Registration: Support families with the registration process in a timely manner, including providing electronic packets or in-person collection of documents; Host registration office hours; Verify all packets are complete, accurate, and compliant; Ensure all new students attend new student orientation and are up-to-date on all expectations, requirements, and school happenings
  • Re-enrollment: Develop re-enrollment plan, process, and timeline for your school; Engage leadership team and school staff to drive the importance of student retention and 100% family engagement; Distribute, collect, and process re-enrollment packets and data
  • Data: Ensure all school enrollment goals are met; Manage data input into enrollment trackers; Ensure only fully registered students are loaded into the student information system for scheduling; Facilitate transfer & record requests; Verify & enter data for District student information system; Implement withdraws and 10 day drop processes across systems
  • Other Job Functions:
  • Communicate professionally via verbal and written communications; Ensure families remain up-to-date on application processes, school events, and enrollment requirements; Answer phone and respond to inquiries by staff, parents, or patrons of the district regarding enrollment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards families at all times.
  • Maintain accurate data for record-keeping in multiple software systems; Maintain confidentiality.
  • Serve as an Ambassador for your campus and Mastery Schools in general, including understanding our mission, highlighting school successes, and promoting what we offer to students & families.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
