As an Enrollment Manager, you are responsible for the management and productivity of all Enrollment Counselors. You lead an Enrollment team of 10-12 team members tasked with recruiting students in degree and professional development programs. Daily management of the team includes tracking and reporting of certain key metrics including appropriate outbound calls and talk time, appointment setting/attendance rates, response rates, lead to enrollment conversion rates, source conversion rates, start rates and staff turnover.

Compensation
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high-quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $85,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:
- Interviews and hires Enrollment Counselors using approved methods and models. Assists in developing school recruitment methodology and training materials and helps coordinate training and onboarding plans.
- Conducts ongoing group and one-on-one training as needed to ensure the team develops the critical skills to perform their jobs, including an ever-deepening understanding of advising. Acts as a subject matter expert and provides training as needed.
