Electrician Trainee
Nestle USA in Springville, UT is Seeking motivated Electrician Trainees to join our team. Responsible for Maintaining knowledge on all basic production equipment in the plant, Performing final assemblies on all equipment, and Performing basic programming/troubleshooting of electrical and control systems.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts with built-in overtime and 7 days off in a row per month
• Starting hourly pay of $30-$33/hour, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill
• Up to an additional $1.10/hour of Shift Differential!

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
- Maintain equipment by the use of PM systems in AMM
- Maintain accurate records, log sheets and accounts for all time in AMM
- Maintain good communications with all departments and supervision.
- Model the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an Associates Degree in Electrical or Electronics.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and shutdown, plus any shift as needed.
- Must be able to work as a team with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to attend training classes.
Skills:
- Able to complete assigned PM’s correctly and on a timely basis.
- Have good mechanical aptitude, as well as electrical and be knowledgeable of tools.
- Ability to keep and maintain a good attendance record.
- TPM experience preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
