Overview
As a member of our Ford Idaho Center team, the Partnerships Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and maintaining client relationships to achieve department revenue goals. This position will work hand in hand with General Manager. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of sponsorship, naming rights, premium seating, and hospitality packages throughout the venues. We are looking for hard-working, creative individuals who have a passion for music, entertainment, and events.
This role will pay a salary of $55,000 to $65,000.

About the Venue
The Ford Idaho Center hosts approx. 150 events annually, ranging from state basketball tournaments, major touring concerts, family shows, consumer, and equine shows.
- Multivenue campus consisting of the following:
- Ford Idaho Center Arena: 12,000 capacity
- Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater: 11,000 capacity
- Ford Idaho Horse Park: 600 stalls & 100 RV spaces
Responsibilities
- Responsible for growing revenue via new and existing business partnerships and through accomplishing individual and departmental sales
- Work with General Manager to help develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue for the Ford Idaho Center and any new projects that are assigned to the team.
- Research and develop innovative platforms and programs to create new sellable
- Collaborate internally and cross the department in the creation of sales
- Negotiate new partnerships that benefit the partner, our venue
- Host and entertain existing and prospective partners
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with both clients and co-workers.
- Create and effectively maintain reporting documents in an organized manner; Develop and track new revenue pipeline to present to senior leadership, ownership, on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitor relevant market developments in the entertainment/sporting
- Attending networking and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional
- Responsible for servicing all clients through various means including direct contact, newsletters, corporate partner gatherings, etc.
- Coordinate event day activities including but not limited to: ensuring correct preparation of promotions and branding, greeting VIP clients, client communication and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Assist with development of partner advertising proposals
- Account for availability of inventory venue advertising assets
- Participate in developing and implementing advertising plans and promotions.
- Take a lead role in creating and organizing exclusive partner and promotional events, including but not limited to open houses, client appreciation events, and holiday programs.
- Must have the ability to network and create relationships while working efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of professional sponsorship experience in a sales environment
- Must be self-motivated and able to multitask/plan
- Strong natural selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Represent the Ford Idaho Center in a positive manner in all situations.
- Must be familiar with sales, negotiation, and customer relations.
