We’re looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Jr. Territory Sales Representative. You’ll support Multi-Unit Housing (MUH) and Hospitality accounts, with additional exposure to Corporate, Wellness, and Local Government (CWLG) customers.

You’ll be paired with a seasoned rep who will mentor you as you grow your skills in field sales, customer engagement, and territory planning. This role will support accounts across the Mid-Atlantic, with a preference for candidates based near Philadelphia or Baltimore.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support sales efforts across MUH, Hospitality, and CWLG

• Assist in tailoring communication to non-fitness buyers and aligning multiple stakeholders
• Navigate contract-based sales processes and align solutions with organizational wellness goals
• Participate in design discussions and stay current on wellness trends
• Build your presence in the market through networking and storytelling

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Interest in hospitality, wellness, or real estate environments
• Based near a major urban market—ideally Philadelphia or Baltimore

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $46,200 - $63,000 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Charlotte, NC and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary.
