Title: Product Analyst, Classic APIs

Department: Engineering & Product

Reports To: Director of Product Strategy and Planning

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: United States (Remote)

 

Job Summary:

As a Product Analyst focusing on Classic API Products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, adoption, and performance of our core offerings. You will provide actionable insights, manage escalations, and support decision-making with data-driven analysis, enabling Product Managers and leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis in Splunk, Snowflake, Postman, and other internal tools to evaluate core product performance and usage.
  • Monitor product health, identifying risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage escalations from Support and Revenue teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Deliver insights on product adoption, efficiency, and performance metrics to guide Product Managers.
  • Prepare data-driven briefings and materials for executive alignment meetings.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 6+ years of product experience with a proven track record of driving insights that inform product strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Splunk, Postman, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience supporting product, support, or revenue teams with actionable data insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to measure product impact.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and monitor product performance.
  • Skilled in writing clear requirements and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers.
  • Adept at balancing short-term tactical insights with long-term strategic analysis.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to revenue, growth, and customer experience outcomes.

The salary range for this role is $134,000 - $145,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
