Office requirement: Hybrid - 2 days per week, Monday and Wednesday

Employment type: Permanent

Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000

As our Events Manager you’ll:

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Managers for Enterprise, Majors, Mid-Market, and Partner (who define event strategy for their segments), you’ll bring their vision to life, designing how events are executed and experienced. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Revenue, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to define narratives, booth experiences, and customer journeys that make GWI stand out.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes events, who thrives on the energy of designing, running, and optimizing experiences that inspire prospects, customers, and partners.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

  • Act as the custodian of how GWI shows up at events, from booth design and narratives to overall experience.
  • Partner with Senior Segment Marketers (Enterprise, Majors, Mid-Market, Partner) and PR team to prioritize events and speaking opportunities and translate their strategic input into executional plans.
  • Lead the design and delivery of Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), ensuring they create high-value engagement with our most strategic customers.
  • Ensure consistency of event experience globally, while tailoring approach to local markets and audiences.

2. Execution & Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of global events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines.
  • Work with Revenue teams to drive pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement plans.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product to design how our product is positioned and showcased at events.
  • Partner with PR to collaborate on narrative for keynotes, speeches and media relation opportunities at events.
  • Travel as needed to support event delivery, ensuring on-the-ground execution and stakeholder engagement.

3. Measurement & Optimization

  • Define event KPIs and track contribution to pipeline, revenue, and brand impact.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on event ROI to Marketing and Revenue leadership.
  • Continuously refine event execution and portfolio based on performance and feedback.

Why Join Us

  • Thrive in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and measurable impact.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.
