Senior Executive-Record to Report-Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced R2R Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including insurance declarations, WBS-element creation, invoice processing, and financial reconciliations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

WBS and PO Management:

• Create new WBS-elements.
• Control and release shopping carts.
• Create open PO lists.

Invoice and Cost Management:

• Create claim invoices, cost specifications, and other invoices on demand.
• Create sale rolling equipment invoices and waste invoices.
• Handle correction invoices.

Financial Analysis and Reconciliation:

• Verify booking of all banking movements.
• Follow-up on invoicing.
• Verify mass reversals and check specific accounts .

Provision and Accrual Management:

• Create necessary provisions and follow-up on provisions for various projects.
• Settlement of Capex and Opex WBS.

Financial Reporting and Documentation:

• Quarterly reconciliation of affiliates.
• Booking and use of provisions.
• Check laboratory costs and transfer purchases related.
• Sending list of wages and salaries.

Miscellaneous Financial Tasks:

• Create bonus credit notes.
• Follow-up on provisions for affiliates.
• Process received corrections for wages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WBS-element creation and closure.
Knowledge of financial reconciliation and provision management.
Familiarity with utility and resource cost distribution.
