Summary

As the Senior Consolidation and Reporting Analyst you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely group consolidated financial information, aligning with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Amadeus Group Accounting Policies. Your contributions provide essential financial insights to support decision-making for both management and shareholders. The position demands a profound understanding of financial principles and regulations, coupled with excellent analytical skills. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various teams further enhances the impact of this pivotal role.

In this role you will:

• Drive monthly consolidation processes, ensuring IFRS compliance in Debt, Derivatives, Capital Management, and Financial Risk.
• Prepare impactful quarterly reports and Annual Accounts for SAT, FP&A, Management, and shareholders, adhering to CNMV regulations.
• Support Amadeus Group entities, FSC, and CoE in streamlined accounting processes, meeting deadlines and compliance standards.
• Guide implementation of IFRS and group accounting procedures for accuracy.
• Monthly preparation of Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows.
• Quarterly deliverables to bankers as per Financial Covenants agreements.
• Collaborate with auditors for timely Audit Reports

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Management; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in Consolidation or top-tier Auditing, multinational exposure.
• Proficient in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP (S4), and BPC 11.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Expertise in IFRS, accounting, and consolidation practices.
