Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a lead analyst-level (PG26), project-focused leader to serve as the Global A2R Lead Analyst for Project Osprey, located in North America or EMEA (preference for candidates that are Brunswick based). This role will support the design and implementation of the Osprey Consolidation tool and ensuring A2R solutions align with SAP principles and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the Osprey Consolidation tool (‘SAP Group Reporting’) and ensure A2R solutions align with SAP principles and business needs.
- Process design for key interactions of SAP Group Reporting with S/4 like topside entries, pushdown accounting, investment & equity, box out items, intercompany matching & reconciliation, data validation process, etcetera.
- Support the Osprey Consolidation tool data model including developing strategies for historical data load and parallel run activities
- Produce and review process documentation, training curricula and cutover playbooks required for deployment and operationalization.
- Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact the deployment timeline, develop mitigation plans, and manage escalations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of finance process experience, with deep expertise in Account-to-Report and financial close. Knowledge of consolidations would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying A2R processes in SAP S/4HANA and/or BRAVO consolidation activities
- Proven track record in participating in cross-functional, multi-workstream programs and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, SAP certification) preferred.
