About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Loudspeaker Senior Lead / Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant
to support and evolve the enterprise Loudspeaker program. This role focuses on integrating senior leader feedback across the enterprise by leading advisory forums and consolidating feedback into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will deliver executive‑ready outcomes for Operating Committee and OC‑1 leaders, enabling informed decision‑making and driving accountability for enterprise actions that strengthen culture, performance, and experiences for employees and customers.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Facilitate communication with Sr. Leaders across the enterprise and align organizational priorities to optimize Wells Fargo for our employees and customers
- Engage functional and product leaders to influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies, and priorities
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Sponsor valuable feedback and credibly challenge decisions to ensure proper visibility into impacts and outputs that drive meaningful change to make Wells Fargo better
- Facilitate communication and information flow across the Bank, and act as a liaison between Loudspeaker and BG/EF leaders
- Ensure timely progress and alignment with key dates and organization goals
- Drive clarity where roles, ownership or outcomes are not fully defined
- Lead governance routines including creating agendas, preparing presenters, developing content, and maintaining momentum between meetings
- Develop executive reporting and feedback loops, incorporating feedback from all employees within Wells Fargo
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven strategic leadership experience, with the ability to lead and/or influence large‑scale, enterprise initiatives through clear vision, alignment, and accountability.
- Demonstrated experience leading governance forums and/or steering committees, including agenda development, executive preparation, facilitation, decision framing, action tracking, and sustaining momentum between forums.
- Strong executive‑level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and/or quantitative information into concise, executive‑ready materials for Operating Committee and/or OC‑1 audiences.
- Ability to partner and/or influence across Business Groups and Enterprise Functions, navigating risk, control, technology, and/or regulatory considerations, and knowing when and how to escalate issues.
- Experience establishing and/or managing governance operating models, including cadence, issue escalation pathways, decision authorities, and accountability mechanisms supporting enterprise and/or risk‑related programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and judgment, including comfort operating in ambiguity, distinguishing signal versus noise, and determining what requires senior leadership attention versus alternative resolution paths.
- Demonstrated ability to translate employee, customer, and/or complaints feedback into meaningful enterprise outcomes, supporting cultural change, performance improvement, and/or adoption initiatives.
