Ready to Press Play on Potential?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Let's start with the role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented <strong>Senior Compliance Officer</strong> to join our Kaizen Gaming team, to ensure our operations in Romania remain fully aligned with regulatory and legal requirements.</p> <div><strong>As a Senior Compliance Officer you will:</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards by researching and communicating requirements, creating action plans and obtaining approvals by National Gambling Office (ONJN) or any other regulatory body needed;</li> <li>Support the Compliance Manager in guaranteeing that all regulatory requirements are met within the country, ensuring effective delivery of regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization;</li> <li>Conduct regulatory research by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other relevant sources of information;</li> <li>Develop and support regulatory policies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating future trends and real facts;</li> <li>Propose the strategic approach for local regulatory compliance and align with company-wide regulatory compliance objectives;</li> <li>Liaise with Independent Authorities, Governmental and non-governmental authorities, Law enforcement agencies, auditors, other companies to promote the company’s interests;</li> <li>Perform risk assessments and internal audits with regards to legal and regulatory compliance requirements across operational, technical and support processes;</li> <li>Devise reports regarding regulatory requirements and action plans;</li> <li>Prepare formal responses to questions and investigations conducted by official bodies;</li> <li>Coordinate compliance audits conducted by regulatory authorities;</li> <li>Spread the compliance culture throughout the company by training and other means.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&
