Senior IT Performance & Service Management Analyst

<p> Req ID 65664 Częstochowa PSS Eng&amp;Glob.F, Poland<br/>      </p> <p>Your tasks:<br/> •    Lead and steer global IT Service Management.<br/> •    Manage and develop global IT Service Portfolio and underlying financials worth EUR 580 Mio. of total IT Budget. (Content, Structure, Financials and operational IT systems):</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop ZF IT Service Portfolio in alignment with Business and IT,</li> <li>Manage IT Service Financials and Framework (Operational Planning (OP), Calculation, Charging, Reporting),</li> <li>Responsible for worldwide IT Service Contracts with all Legal Entities,</li> <li>Ownership of ITSM Life Cycle Processes and accountable  for IT Portfolio Strategy Framework (Cont.
