We create value by developing non-financial risk management processes that are easy to understand, use and adhere to. The team is responsible that Nordea’s non-financial risk processes are defined according to regulations and internal instructions. We provide non-financial risk management frameworks, process implementation and continuous  process development. We continuously engage with business representatives and other stakeholders in Nordea to ensure efficient risk management activities in business.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Enhance the risk and compliance culture by driving and developing Nordea’s future ways of working within non-financial risk management</li> <li>Contribute to the implementation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Scenario Analysis and Change Risk Management and Approval (CRMA) processes</li> <li>Develop risk process improvements</li> <li>Drive initiatives around risk management process  </li> <li>Participate and coordinate 2nd LoD participation in QRAs in significant change activities</li> <li>Create and conduct risk management trainings (E-learnings &amp; class room trainings)</li> <li>Coordinate and advice risk process execution in the business units</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You’ll join Risk Assessment Processes team with a broad set of backgrounds and skills. We work closely with other units in the Group Risk, Group Compliance and with business stakeholders. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.</p> <p> </p> <p>To succeed in this role, we believe that you:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Understand the Risk Management Framework, operational and compliance risk taxonomies and operational risk processes and frameworks </li> <li>Have strong stakeholder management skills with ability to drive initiatives in close co-operation with our business partners and senior management </li> <li>Are able to manage multiple tasks, are execution oriented with a structured approach and have  good collaboration skills </li> <li>Have excellent analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Have a positive mindset with ability to take decision and initiate action</li> <li>Are able to work independently with a proactive mindset, while contributing to a great team performance</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your experience and background:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Relevant university degree or extensive experience  working with non-financial risk  </li> <li>Excellent English language skills</li> <li>Good overall knowledge and previous experience working within risk management and/or with process development</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and ability to apply the skills in practise (e.g. in Microsoft Office Package and PowerBI)</li> <li>Proven track record in project management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If this sounds like you, get in touch!<br/>  </p> <p>Next steps<br/> <br/> Submit your application no later than 01/04/2024.
