We are seeking a motivated Collections Agent with experience and strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our collections process, ensuring compliance with strict legal protocols while maintaining professionalism and empathy towards debtors.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize collections experience to effectively communicate with debtors regarding outstanding accounts.
2. Demonstrate strong communication skills to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve issues.
3. Motivate debtors to fulfill financial obligations while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
4. Ensure compliance with strict legal protocols, including full disclosure, no deceptive practices, and no harassment.
5. Maintain discipline to prevent any violations that could lead to government scrutiny or investigation.
6. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, as interactions will primarily be conducted in Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Collections Agent or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adhere to strict legal and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish required.
