Job Description
Position Purpose
Responsible for the billing function for both internal and external sales within Brambles for Blue Forest. This will include, but not limited to integrity reporting, Pre/Post billing reports, ad hoc reporting, pricing entries, testing and validations.
Specifically, this role primary purpose is to liaise and support the EU region billing processes, including but not limited to the knowledge of the tax and regulatory requirements, while also supporting other regions billing practices as needed.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the Blue Forest liaison for the European business delivering complete, accurate, and timely updates related to customer mater data, pricing, invoice creation, goods receipt, billing and dispute resolution.
- Responsible as back-up for related activities as it relates to other regions.
- Process data from systems (SAP, BW, Salesforce) and utilize technical skills to efficiently analyse, and interpret data responding to ad hoc requests.
- Execute Indexation processes and mass pricing changes
- Ensure proper controls and measures are met to achieve error-free, pricing and invoicing through validation and integrity reporting.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with business partners acting as subject matter expert for the EU Blue Forest Business Unit.
- Partner with all applicable regions/EU to understand and develop processes for unique regional regulatory, tax and any other compliance related or applicable requirements.
- Identifies opportunities and executes solutions, collaborating with IT, to continually improve reporting, automate processes, and improve our internal stakeholder.
- Leads, participates or consults on business process improvements and projects.
- Maintains accurate, complete electronic documentation for all policies, procedures, and work instructions.
