DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own the development, activation, and management of the customer lifecycle strategy and roadmap across the entirety of the customer experience (acquisition, retention, loyalty, win-backs, etc.)
  • Work with Customer Insights team to understand customer lifecycle, including behaviors, triggers, needs and opportunities
  • Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to drive conversion and enhance the customer journey
  • Work with Technology and Marketing Technology teams to deliver messages, segment audiences, and personalize the experience to be scalable and efficient
  • Design a testing strategy and plan to continuously improve performance
  • Work with Analytics team to leverage data and build customized dashboards to effectively manage LCM
  • Work with Marketing Technology teams to develop a robust QA process
  • Leverage a multi-channel approach to drive customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty
  • Evaluate new customer communication channels
  • Partner closely with Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Insights, Data, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to help deliver the Bank's lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise assigned employees by organizing and monitoring work progress 
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees 
  • Manage performance of employees through development, coaching, and counseling 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing people, growing teams is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from performance data
  • Strong understanding of customer communication channel best practices
  • Expertise in growing an automated CRM capability with proven examples of segmenting and personalization
  • Experience working with CDPs, Marketing Automation, CRMs, and other communication platforms is a plus
  • Experience in testing and optimization
  • Exceptional customer centricity and advocacy capabilities
  • Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in banking is a plus
