Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled General Handyman to join our team in Cloudersport, PA. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting, across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior handyman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
