About the role

This position involves a variety of legal tasks and
practice areas, including, but not limited to, contracts, litigation, HR/employment matters,
class actions, trademarks, leasing, compliance, licensing, regulatory matters and
additional matters handled by the Legal Department. The Corporate Paralegal will help
enhance the efficiency of the Legal Department by diligently handling cases, managing
deadlines and providing administrative support to in-house counsel and other staff.

Fully onsite 3 days a week, not consecutive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attention to all practice areas referenced in the Summary section above.
• Prepare legal documents, including, but not limited to, contracts (Distributor,
  Supply, Vendor Agreements, etc.), correspondence, memos, charts and timelines.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Department by establishing, organizing
   and maintaining files, calendars and deadlines, in addition to project and task
   management.
• Conduct investigations, research and analysis of legal claims and matters.
• Communicate with and serve as a liaison for internal Company departments to
   ensure Company goals are attained.
• Communicate with outside counsel and consultants to navigate, facilitate, address
   and monitor complex matters.
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed, or required.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Paralegal certification (preferred).
• Minimum of eight (8) years paralegal experience.
• Experience and/or familiarity with local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations and
  Court procedures.
• Advanced computer skills, including using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of and experience using Legal Practice Management Software.
• Strong ability to work well within a team, complete tasks independently, multi-task
   and work under strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail, organized and results-oriented individual.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Corporate office. No remote or hybrid work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To successfully perform the duties of this job, the Corporate Paralegal is regularly required
to sit, stand, walk, use a computer and lift files.
