Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Manage projects to ensure deliverables are tracking to stated timelines

• Manages staff responsible for coordinating project deliverables 

• Manage Steering Committee meetings and working group sessions

• Actively participate on complex projects through providing guidance, advice, and effective challenges

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accomplish shared objectives

• Responsible for managing the development, implementation, strategies and other activities.

• Supports operations and other business partners through design, implementation, administration and testing of processes and strategies.

• Manages team members, project timelines and maintains communication updates with management.

• Works with other business unites and resources to build requirements and solutions which support strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities. Ensures stability of each project.

• Maintains day to day operational changes for related processes and strategies and drives the future strategic growth of various strategies.

• Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improve key performance indicators within their span of control.

How You'll Do It

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners

• Act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders

• Identify and escalate blockers that put project timelines in jeopardy

• Provide effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks and support lines of business through various interactions and engagements. 

• Determine reporting strategy to ensure information is transparently provided to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Support procedure drafting

• Update team procedures as needed

• Manages the development, implementation of strategies and other activities to other business units.

• Manages team members maintaining day to day operational changes for related processes and strategies. Drives future strategic growth of various strategies.

• Recruits, trains and supervises staff/team members.

• Mitigates business risk while designing process and strategy changes which improves key performance indicators within their span of control.

• Supports operations and other business partners through design, implementation, administration and testing of processes and strategies in all channels.

• Ensures stability during each project.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Process Strategy, Project Management, Process / Continuous Improvement, or related plus applicable domain/business function experience (i.e. Collections, Payments, etc)

• In Lieu of Education : 8+ years of experience in   Financial Analysis, Process Strategy, Project Management, Process / Continuous Improvement, or related plus applicable domain/business function experience (i.e. Collections, Payments, Etc).
