The Problems You’ll Solve

Carta serves as the Fund Administrator for over 2.5K venture funds with $130B AUA. The act of fund administration is an intimate one. Our clients trust us with their money, with their most valuable relationships, and with their opportunity to build an enduring investment business. They are trusting us with their livelihoods. It is the kind of trust that warrants intense care. We reinforce and nurture this trust with every interaction our clients have with Carta. Every interaction is an opportunity for us to help and delight our customers. Every interaction is an opportunity for us to make them feel seen, to anticipate their needs, and to show them we care.

On the Delivery and Orchestration team, we build tools for our delivery teams to help them nail every interaction with our client base. Your team owns:

  • Permissions: allows us to define and set role based permissions for internal and external users
  • Fund admin express: our workflow management internal tool that helps our internal team view and act on client work
  • CWorld: our comms platform that unifies email and structured client requests into a single tasks ledger
  • “FA Activities” - client dashboard to track all fund admin work and view status of requests
  • Carta Carry - mobile version of GP Activities

You will solve problems like:

  1. How do we route a task to the right delivery team member?
  2. How do we make sure no client work slips through the cracks such that we can demonstrate consistent completion of work?
  3. How do we story and preserve client context so that we empower our delivery teams to meet the needs and expectations of our clients?
  4. How do we provide delivery leaders with the data to pinpoint which clients need extra attention or which team members are overloaded

And so many more! Ultimately your goal is to create client delight by following our mantra, “every interaction counts.”
