Job Description

Role Description:
You will be responsible for executing simple to complex sourcing projects from start to finish, including but not ︁︃︆​︂︂︆​︁︉︉​︃︁limited to:

• Validation of supply requests according to the customer's procedures
• Analysis of requirements for bid packages:
• Communicating with customer requesters to remove any requirement gaps:
• Preparation and publication of the package to the suppliers identified for the purpose of the tender;
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation;
• Analyzing and synthesizing the proposals;
• Coordinating supplier evaluation and facilitating decision-making.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate for the Sourcing position:

• Indirect Procurement & Sourcing experience preferred;
• Advanced level of French & English;
• ︄︎︀︂︍︍︃︊​︂︆︄︄​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Proficient in E – Procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, SRM or Coupa
• Proficient in Excel and Word, knowledge of Power point/MS Access would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
