Strategic Transformation Manager (m/f/x)

What's the role?

Working as a Strategic Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional high impact initiatives which are of top priority to our C-suite and senior leadership. Your immediate priority will be jointly solutioning and driving the top-ten initiatives for HERE’s COO and CFO.

 

You will be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to solutioning and driving strategic initiatives. Our team’s coverage spans a wide array of topics, often requiring cross-functional collaboration to ensure comprehensive and lasting solutions. We work closely with subject matter experts across the business to not only solve problems and implement high-priority initiatives but also to ensure their successful execution and lasting impact.

 

Based out of Amsterdam, you will interact with a wide array of stakeholders situated globally. Given the high priority of the organizational initiatives you will be drive,  the role offers significant interaction with senior management and exposure to all parts of the business.

Who are you?

• Experience in top-tier consulting firm or a similar field is a must either on a global or european scale
• You have 4+ years of relevant global experience
• Advanced English speaking is a must
• A combination of a strategic and a operational mindset
• Possess strong problem solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, coupled with critical thinking abilities.
• Organizational skills are essential, as you will be managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and some project management experience would be beneficial.
• You are a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude who embraces challenges
• Experience with change management and the ability to influence and motivate others, even without direct authority, are also highly valued
• You have at a minimum a bachelors degree, with a masters degree preferred, in a relevant area
