Sales Operations Manager

OVERVIEW

Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley.  We are seeking a highly strategic, driven, and analytical individual to join the Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Manager reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. The Sales Operations team is integral to the success of the Sales organization by helping to drive revenue and sales productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide data driven recommendations to sales management on optimal account coverage and new headcount investments
• Territory Planning: continuously evaluate territories and provide recommendations on territory splits, new territory allocations, and opportunities to achieve optimal account coverage
• Quota Planning: design a repeatable, consistent, and data driven approach toward allocating territory quotas in an accurate and timely manner
• Partner closely with sales management to ensure the successful execution of Rubrik’s Field Management Process (forecasting, QBRs, pipeline reviews, etc.)
• Design and deliver key sales reporting and dashboards to management on a regular and ad-hoc basis

• Polished written and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort engaging with senior executives

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years of Sales Operations experience with enterprise software/hardware organizations
• Prior experience with territory and headcount planning as well as quota allocation
• Strong Salesforce.com and MS Excel experience
• Familiarity with analytics and BI tools preferred (Tableau, Clari, Anaplan, etc.)
• Undergraduate degree (MBA preferred but not required)
