We are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to support our production team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping projects run smoothly from pre-production to post-production.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.

• Prepare and manage production equipment and materials.

• Support crew members during shoots and production activities.

• Maintain accurate records of production progress and resources.

• Help with administrative tasks related to production, including documentation and communication with team members.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in production or media environments is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with production software tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
