With us, you’ll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.</p><p>But there’s more work to be done – that’s why we need you to join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Location: Valencia</p><p>As a member of the Operations team, the Project Delivery Assistant will support the Head of Project Delivery Iberia and the Project Delivery team with various duties to ensure the successful construction of PV projects. On a daily basis, you will work on administrative tasks, provide support with suppliers, cost control, contract management, reporting, quality, planning, and other aspects of the projects.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise initiative in a role that requires multitasking. You should be able to work independently while being a team player, solution-oriented, proactive, and possessing good time management skills.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key activities and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support end-to-end project management activities, focusing on processes, systems and materials.</li><li>Provide assistance for Contracts Management requirements.</li><li>Assist project managers with weekly and monthly reporting.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the project management team, including tasks such as scanning, photocopying and compiling documents.</li><li>Monitor and record project activities, ensuring that project data is accurate and up-to-date using CRM software.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical, industrial, civil or mechanical engineering (including a superior, advanced vocational or master's degree).</li><li>Strong interest in renewable energy.</li><li>Fluency in Spanish and English.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li><li>Desirable to have knowledge of Microsoft Project and SAP.</li><li>Excellent organizational, reporting and time management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>A career with Statkraft is purposeful, where every employee makes a difference to the planet, our communities and the future.
