Senior Program Coordinator - Enhanced Onboarding - Swedish Medical Group (SMG) Administration

 

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Location: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 6-8 in-person days per month in the Seattle area

 

Job description:

The Senior Program Coordinator for the Swedish Medical Group Enhanced Onboarding program is under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager, Enhanced Onboarding, and fills a key role in support of the operational challenges, services and projects at the medical group administrative level. This role provides comprehensive administrative and program coordination with the goal of improving caregiver 90-day turnover to provide consistent clinic staffing, which improves health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent education/experience.
• 3 years Experience in project management, data reporting, healthcare administration, or a talent acquisition field.
• 1 year Experience in interviewing or onboarding processes

Preferred qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute upon hire.
• Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
