As the Senior Client Service Associate, you are responsible for:
- Directly liaising with clients to understand their concerns, onboarding new clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy of client records, scheduling client meetings and reviews with the advisors, and enhancing client relationships with outstanding service.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to add value to the company.
- Prioritizing Principals’ time, initiatives, and mental energy by acting as the point of contact for the Principals regarding client concerns. Organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep Principal informed of client issues but with reduced day-to-day involvement.
- Managing technology for the Principals’ brand and reputation via social media – LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Managing key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key stakeholders and clients.
- Maintaining updated client information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and maximize the effectiveness of the data.
Qualifications for this role include:
- BS/BA Required
- 4-6 years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in client service administration
- Detail-oriented, efficient time management, and organizational skills
- Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service o
