•  Establishes and continuously refines standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools across the organization

•  Drives alignment by developing best practices, templates, and performance metrics, ensuring consistent execution, improved efficiency, and scalability across all projects.
•  Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance, training, and support
