Merchology seeks an Embroidery Machine Operator for our Production team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator is a critical role that delivers quality decoration of premium products for our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join Merchology during our busiest time of the year!

AVAILABLE SHIFT

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and 2 pm - 6:00 pm Friday

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Machine Operator will:

• Successfully and safely run a multi-head Wilcom Embroidery Machine
• Work at a standing workstation with ergonomic floor mats for safety and comfort
• Learn to hoop and prepare soft goods to run on an embroidery machine
• Use hand-eye coordination to thread machine and change needles
• Read and properly execute production work orders and instructions
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
• Monitor the proper functioning of assigned embroidery machine
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Additional projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic computer skills to read and print work orders as needed
• Knowledge of English language to understand safety and training requirements and processing of work orders
