The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team developing next generation digital engineering and digital warfare systems for the Department of Defense. Responsibilities:

• Direct a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical personnel
• Develop, design, document, implement and manage large-scale projects
• Support customer requirements for the Department of Defense
• Join a team leveraging best practices in Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping
• Manage overall project execution, ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules are implemented timely • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of activities for assigned delivery order projects
• Serve as primary liaison between CACI and DoD customer for assigned projects
• Provide project and technical guidance, manage technical staff, and oversee financial management
• Acquire services, materials, and supplies for assigned projects
• Perform market research analysis and develop rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates
• Monitor project team and vendor performance to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate to achieve socioeconomic goals in contracting
• Ensure technical performance and product delivery in accordance with budget and schedule
• Prepare monthly project status reports and attend project meetings
• Assist in project close-out activities​

Qualifications:
Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree or a Minimum of 10 Years Experience in project manage ment, preferably with a background in STEM, business, or accounting
• Active minimum Secret clearance
• Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to learn new skills

Desired:
• Experience working with DoD, and/or other IAC MAC customers
• Experience in DoD customer relations and project management
• Experience as Program Manager on an IAC MAC contract
• Active TS/SCI clearance desired
• PMP certification
