Project Manager, Talent Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• General Talent Process support: (annual reviews, goal setting, timelines and communications)
• Create and maintain detailed project charters, prioritized roadmaps, and milestone reports
• Create and manage the Change and Communication plan, processes and presentations for Talent Cycle
• Identify Change Management opportunities and drive effective adoption rates
• Leverage data analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives and propose enhancements to HRIS and Workforce Planning systems
• Partner with HR Transformation and Product Management, representing the Talent COEs perspective, to ensure stakeholder alignment on longer-term projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
• Required: 5 year’s experience in Project Management, Change Management, HR/Talent Development or Organizational Design and Effectiveness
• Preferred: Change Management Certification
• Preferred: Project Management Certification
• Preferred: HRIS and/or LMS administration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into engaging storylines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
