Position Summary:

To ensure functionality and safety for Bibibop facilities to maximize efficiency. 

 

Accountabilities:

• Support Bibibop stores with repair or maintenance questions and requests.
• Utilize and manage Open Wrench (Facility Maintenance Platform) to ensure efficiency with the Maintenance.
• Maintain restaurant equipment, troubleshoot and repair as required. Replace worn or damaged parts.
• Manage trades as needed for larger repairs, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Painting, etc.
• Manage external service providers to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed.
• Assist in data analysis for company-wide projects.
• Visit stores for troubleshooting equipment
• Assist with delivery of equipment and supplies as needed to specific locations.
• Attend new store openings as a corporate support member; cross train to learn store operations and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• 6 months + experience working in a quick-service restaurant, preferably in Bibibop
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility maintenance environment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for regular travel to stores
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
