Position Description:

As a Senior Team Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition activities across the EMEA region. You will lead a team of dedicated recruiters, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure the seamless execution of the end-to-end hiring process. Your role is instrumental in attracting top talent and supporting our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals.
    • Execute clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Recruitment Strategy:

    • Implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
    • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:

    • Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, local job boards, and partnerships.
    • Ensure comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding support.
    • Evaluate candidates for culture fit and alignment with company values.
  • Process Optimization:

    • Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes.
    • Implement and monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the EMEA Region.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that can speak Dutch and German languages.
