Background to the role:

Lead the implementation of global projects within the C@G Data Centers and consult on C@G global project governance and deployments in collaboration with the Director of Global Strategic Projects

Define project scope, deliverables, work streams and metrics that support business goals in collaboration with relevant stakeholders internally and externally, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners, program SMEs and operations

Establish, maintain, and optimize project governance, in accordance with evolving project needs, to ensure ongoing accountability towards planned outcomes

Create, execute and track end-to-end project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to each project, including but not limited to: project charter, project plan and timeline, RACI and reports

Identify, assess and minimize risks; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

Develop and manage project reporting approach; compile quantitative data and proof points to communicate impact and storytelling for reporting. Support content development for snippets and quarterly updates as needed

5-7 years experience managing large, complex projects, particularly those involving a medium to significant degree of change across the organization

PMP and/or Lean Sigma certifications preferred

Demonstrated ability to: synthesize discussions, capture decisions and action items; ask probing questions to clarify where needed; identify interconnectivity between workstreams to limit redundancy of templates, processes, etc.
