About the role
Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as

We are looking for our office in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible for you as
Team Lead Credit Management (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
- You ensure successful and high-quality receivables and credit management
- You lead a team of two people
- You are responsible for and optimise the processes of all operational activities within your area of responsibility
- You represent the team as a project manager or member in area-specific projects in receivables and credit management
- You carry out credit checks yourself and minimise our credit risks
- You are responsible for setting customer-specific credit limits and payment terms
- You are in direct contact with our B2B customers, sales representatives and our trade credit insurer
Your Profile:
- You have relevant professional experience in credit and receivables management, have already gained experience in credit checking in a bank's corporate banking business or have been able to gain experience in the general ledger or controlling.
- You have a degree in business administration or equivalent knowledge
- You have strong social and leadership skills, which you have ideally already been able to apply in your professional career
- You enjoy optimising and coordinating processes and look forward to further developing the area
- You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and any other foreign language is an advantage
