The Job:  

As a Senior Revit/BIM Engineer, you’ll be part of our Construction Technology team working as a remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

• Develop Revit plugins utilizing our cloud services developing in C#/WPF
• Work with the engineering team and product managers to design and
  implement end-to-end solutions
• Lead the engineering team to effectively estimate, develop & deploy
  the applications
• Set high benchmarks for quality and performance of deliverables
  through automation & process implementation
• Build and maintain Revit plugin components using appealing visual
  design while maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Spearhead & propose the coding design standards, ensuring
  modularity, easy change management, and loose coupling of
  deliverables
• Mentor team members in writing, and designing effective solutions with
  quality; Review PRs to pro-actively highlight/address bottlenecks
• Thrive developing within an agile environment by working closely with
  other members of the Agile team
• Work closely with engineering leadership and product to estimate
  efforts, time, and change impact
• Champion the quality issues through effective root cause analysis
  minimizing the impact on customers, quality, and schedules

• In-depth knowledge of developing Revit Plugins in C#/WPF
• Proven experience in hands-on Architecting & Developing Revit Plugins 
• In-depth experience with implementation of OOP design patterns in
  enterprise solutions
• Familiarity with databases and backend technologies (e.g., MySQL,
  node.js, etc.) 
• Experience in mentoring team members and managing multiple tasks
  effectively
• Deep experience in effort estimation, agile development, quality
  control methodologies
• Experience in engineering, construction, or pre-fabrication would be a
  bonus
• Experience in shipping commercial products, also a bonus
