The Siemens Healthineers Training and Development Center provides Clinical and Service Training to external and internal customers. This training includes the Advanced Therapy products – Mobile and Fixed C-arms. Advanced Therapy (AT) Technical Trainers will deliver training either virtually or onsite for technical instruction.

 
Objective:

• In this role, you will provide skilled instruction, training, and technical instruction to prepare employees and customers to support products in the field for installation, safety, maintenance, and the service of AT products. Deliver customer excellence and represent Siemens Healthineers and Technical Training Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Applicant must demonstrate specialized knowledge of the AT Product Portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Delivery of AT technical courses aligned with the global training strategy as defined by the AT Business Line.
• Deep knowledge to manage and teach safety, operation and troubleshooting solutions for angiography and surgical systems.
• Deliver education using various training methodologies (examples include classroom, online, virtual trainings and if required, content development).
• Support effective and open communication with a proactive approach on information dissemination, collective feedback, and representation of global AT Team.
• Contribute to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens Healthineers.
• Understanding of healthcare marketplace, preferably relative to AT, Radiology, and Imaging Departments.
• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
• Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needs.
• Support corporate and business line goals and abide by policies and procedures.
• Specialized knowledge for content development, define & deliver methods and teach classes for Advanced Therapy for customers and internals.
• Ability to travel 10%
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of successful experience in related field.
• Service knowledge of radiography and fluoroscopy systems is preferred.
• Advanced AT technical product knowledge.
• Deep knowledge to manage and teach safety, operation, and troubleshooting solutions for angiography systems.
• Specialized knowledge for content development, defined delivery method, and the teaching of classes for AT such as fixed and mobile C-arms for external and internal customers.
• Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in AT products.
• Knowledge of Siemens equipment is preferred.

• Teaching/training experience preferred.

Special Knowledge or skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate as a team.
• Intermediate level computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications

Education:

• Associates, BS/BA in related discipline, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience as applicable to the role.

Certification may be required in some areas.
