A Day in the Life

As part of our integrated marketing team, the Senior Integrated Marketing Program Specialist focuses on driving growth and awareness for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) portfolio. This role emphasizes strategic initiatives, partnerships, and program management to enhance market presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be strategic and execution-focused, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be highly organized and collaborative.

*This position offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid model out of our Mounds View, MN office or fully remote, depending on the candidate's location. *

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement market development strategies, including annual organic and paid social media strategy, implementation of a KOL influencer program, overall portfolio messaging strategy, direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns, and paid media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and marketing communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing programs.
  • Project manage key partnerships and media relations including media buying, planning and execution to drive program success.
  • Lead, plan, coordinate and execute sponsored events, including symposiums, webinars, and congress-sponsored sessions, and covering promotion invitations.
  • Oversee the creation and management of content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and digital opinion leader programs.
  • Develop and maintain brand and portfolio messaging and campaigns to support current and future portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of patient and physician education materials, messaging strategies and programs.
  • Align internal messaging strategy in partnership with PR for congresses and internal events.

Must Have:

  • You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of Marketing experience to be considered. OR, an advanced degree and 2 years.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, partnerships, and program management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or related field).
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and patient advocacy.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and experience in cardiology marketing is preferred.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$92,000.00 - $138,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
